Questions people ask first.
Is Home Watch the same as a home inspection?
No. Home Watch is visual observation and reporting. We walk the property on a schedule, document what we see, and alert you to anything that looks wrong. It is not a licensed home inspection.
Do I need a consultation to order concierge?
No. Choose a setup, tell us where and when, and we'll confirm availability by message. Co-hosting and Home Watch start with a short property review, because the right plan depends on the home.
How do payments work?
Recurring plans are billed on the schedule set out in your service agreement. Concierge orders are paid through a secure payment link once we've confirmed the details.

Can I start with one service and add others later?
Yes. Most owners begin with a single service. Because we already know the property, adding concierge, arrival prep, or co-hosting later is simple.
What happens when a repair is needed?
We tell you what we found, with photos, and recommend a next step. If you'd like us to coordinate it, we arrange the vendor, give access, and confirm the work was done.
